About me
I'm Sam Gooden, founder of Regacia Curls. This brand didn't start in a boardroom. It started with me, a few bowls, and a problem I was tired of living with.
My story
As a Black man, I've spent years dealing with hair loss and a scalp that just wasn't happy. Every shelf I checked told the same story: the products that worked cost too much, and the ones I could afford didn't work. So I stopped waiting on the industry and started mixing my own.
I always made more than I needed, so the extra went to friends and family going through the same thing. Before long, those batches became a monthly tradition that everybody looked forward to. That's when it clicked. If this was making a real difference for the people closest to me, why keep it to ourselves?
What I stand for
